5 storytellers had their stories taped at Choctaw Public Library Saturday, September 26. This project developed by Rosemary Czarski and Chester Weems was designed to help storytellers improve their skills by making a video so each teller could see what the audience sees. Each participant will receive a DVD of approximately 15 minutes of herself telling 2-3 stories. Pictured is Oklahoma storyteller, Susie Beasley. Future similar events are being planned so watch this space for news.
